  1327. workstation environment includes Compiler, Screen-Oriented Debugger,
  1328. Library Management Tools, Compilation Management System and Runtime
  1329. System.  Products available for the Series 300 include both a native Ada
  1330. compiler as well as cross-compilers to Motorola 68020/30 embedded
  1331. systems.
  1332.      The Verdix Ada Compiler is truly production-quality, carefully
  1333. designed and implemented to maximize both compilation speed and runtime
  1334. efficiency.  On the HP 9000/300 the compiler processes an average of
  1335. 3000 Ada source statements per minute and utilizes previously compiled
  1336. Ada source statements specifications at a rate of 20,000 statements per
  1337. minute.
  1338.      The Verdix Ada Compiler is exceptionally user-friendly, utilizing
  1339. innovative syntactic error-recovery techniques to maximize the number of
  1340. actual errors found per compilation.  To provide further help with
  1341. semantic error messages, the VADS generates a concise description of the
  1342. error and directs the user to a specific sub-section of the Ada
  1343. Reference Manual for a more detailed explanation.
